• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

We understand the sensitive nature of AI projects and maintain strict confidentiality:

• All client information is treated as confidential
• We do not share client data with third parties
• Employees sign confidentiality agreements
• Secure handling and storage of sensitive information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, codewizards.ai shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services
